Uh uhhh you dun say dat word!!!

Wanna know what word?? DIET... Ugh just typing it out made me feel queasy.

But I am going to do it. Its not a big secret if you know me in real life that in the past year I have gained weight. Its been too easy to feel sorry for myself and sulk in my dismay, and therefore eating unhealthy crud and not exercising...

But enough is enough yall!!! I decided that I am going to change my eating habits, and my workout routine. I have actually devised a master plan. I've been plotting against my inner fat kid and let me tell you... I am actually excited.

I will jog on a treadmill @ least twice a week and ride a bike @ least twice a week to begin. I had a hip injury and havent been able to full on run since but I will hopefully get close.

I am going to cut out junk food and start eating healthier snacks/ meals. I'm a snacker, thats my biggest issue. I love snacks. But I will give up the unhealthy ones...

I know it will be hard, I will have slip ups, blah blah blah... But I can do this... I know I can...

Do you agree?? Is there anyone out there???
